Whenever I try to play videos on windows media player a message comes up asking do I want to run scripts on the page. Then an error code comes up saying the server is busy. The error code is (15 C00D1197). Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't play any videos on Yahoo Music or MTV.com because of this. I have a broadband connection. Thanks. :(

I went to the page you said. I reinstalled Direct X but Windows Media Player is still not working. I'm not sure what else to do. I try to go to the network tab like the page said but the network tab won't come up when I click on it. Should I uninstall windows media player and then reinstall it? Thanks for all the help.

My video drivers are all up to date that I know of. Everything was working fine until about a week ago. I tried everything that the page you gave me said to do but nothing worked. Whenever I try to go to the network tab to fix my connection protocols the network tab won't even come up when I click on it. I have to Windows XP operating systems on my computer and I'm thinking about reinstalling Windows XP and fixing it to where there is only one copy of windows xp on my computer. Maybe this could be the problem. I've tried reinstalling Windows Media Player but that doesn't work either so I'm just puzzled about what to do. Anyways, thanks. Anymore opinions on what I could do?
