Solved: Windows wont shut down :(

    Hi i got a notebook, and im having problems shutting it down, through windows menu shutdown. I have to manually do a force shutdown by hitting the button.:S please help me

    It was sold like that from the fabric, but i will consider to add more Ram thanks.
