    Run Hijackthis and fix this item. I do not see anything else that you need to fix per your log

    Reboot and run hijackthis again and this item should be gone

    As far as the hijackthis log goes it looks clean. If you are still having problems be sure that you go into msconfig and check on the startup. We need all programs to be running so that they show up on your log
