Solved: Windows Xp Start Up

when im waiting for my pc to load i get a Black screen Saying,

please select the operating system to start ?

How do i stop that comming up ?

Go "Run,msconfig,ok,startup" and then go to boot.ini tab and there you will see the one noted that does not work or is corrupted and just delete it.
