Hi,

Im currently live in two homes and my laptop works fine on the internet in one home and when im in the other it tells me its connected, with excellent speed etc but i cant access any online resources.

Ive looked at the router settings and they say the laptop is connected fine, allowed and everything. I cant work out why it wont connect to one but is fine with the other.

Any help would be appreciated. Im running Windows XP SP2 and ive pasted my ipconfig below.

Your ethernet is connected to a router whose LAN address is 192.168.1.254.

If you are trying to connect to that same router via wireless either fix the Gateway and DNS addresses or, better, set the wireless TCP/IP properties to connect dynamically.
