I used housecall online virus scanner and they found two worms. one they were able to remove, however, for some reason they could not remove this worm. How do I remove it do I use the find file folders option? Thanks for your time.

did theyn say where the worm is

what O/S are you using.. windows 95/98/ME or XP or 2000

if ME or Xp I would bet it is in the sytem restore folder where it can't be got at by the antivirus.

post back with the details and we can help

also do this so we can se what else is wrong
go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please copy & paste its contents to the forum.

It will possibly show issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.

Do you have Winzip or another unzipping utility installed on your hard drive? You can download winzip here:

Try clicking on the hijackthis download.....will it open with winzip? Once you see it in winzip, then double click on that link and run the program.

I don't see anything in your HJT log. Did you try the Symantec removal tool that Candy suggested in her first post?
