I have winxp home and every time i try to send a message or upload an item into yahoo mail i get the error reporting message
PLEASE! Help Me with this

There are 1,674 different error messages.
Just which one are you referring to, exactly.

The one where it says windows has encountered a problem and needs to close, and then it asks you to send an error report. These are the files that are causing it shlwapi.dll ntdll.dll shdocvw.dll.

This probably won't help, but it maybe worth a shot. Do you have spybot on your PC, if so you could try switching off the immunise function. It caused me similar, although not identical, problems
