    Hi

I have uninstalled both flash and shockwave and then reinstalled both, I rebooted my computer and it is still not working.

This is the message from youtube: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

From cnet.co.uk: Loading carousel ... you will need Macromedia Flash Player 8 to view this content! Download Here!

    Thank you for the help

Try and reset all your internet options back to default

No I have not. I do not want to use another browser, I would like to fix IE so that it works with youtube and other flash based sites.
