need step by step on how to unzip a ziped e mail, please use simple language, and start with me opening the e mail and going to the attatchment where the ziped info is. when i click on the win zip icon on the attachment it doesn't do anything, and i click on the save att, and it still doesn't do anything. So now i need help from the start.

    thanks

I'd first try reinstalling WinZip. It should jump right up when you click a zipped file.

If you can't even save an attachement, I think the problem is not with WinZip but with Outlook Express. I assume you use that one. If not then post back with your e-mail software. Then someone here can go further in your problem.

Also please post the details of your Operating Syatem and the version of your e-mail software.

Do you have WinZip installed in your system? If yes, which version?

ok, I found out what my problem was. my email was secured, so couldn't get the ziped mail, got it unchecked and then I could get the ziped file. Thanks for trying to help.

    Thanks again
