some key characters are not working on my keyboard

    i have tried scanning for viruses, cleaned and all i know but its still not responding

    If its a desktop, then simply replace the keyboard. You can get keyboards from most online retailers nowadays, and some are very cheap!!

    If youve tried that, move it to a different port (if its USB).

    Like was any liquid spilt onto the keyboard ?

    What make and model laptop is it ?
