    First of all, I see you have no MS service packs installed so that means you've left your computer wide open to being compromised, which is had been.

    Secondly, you have an infection that is virtually impossible to recover from as it's so destructive, therefore, the only option at this point is to reformat this computer. Be sure to install SP2 and all the critical updates immediately.
