I run Ccleaner software to clear cache and other unwanted files.
But after this, some option are missing now.
options in right click like graphic setting, add new folder etc.
When in folder screen, there is option on toolbar to add new folder in windows 7. It is not working.
Icons of recent places, downloads, apps is missing.

I run the recommended setting in Ccleaner software.

Did you run the file cleanup or the registry cleaner? File cleanup won't make any system changes (like removing items from menus).

In my opinion you have three choices:

    a. Do a System Restore to before you ran the Registry Wrecker. or,

    b. Reinstall or re-image Windows. or,

    c. Continue running the Registry Wrecker until the system gets so bad that you decide to reinstall or re-image Windows.
