Some Website won't load while others load fine.

Hello, I woke up this morning and tried to access the internet as normal however some of the websites I visit regularly no longer loaded. I know these websites are up as I can get onto them through my smart phone's 3G network, so I'm positive it is an issue with my computer/browser.
