Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from xp to windows 7 but I don't have the option to boot from disc when I turn my computer on.... Can anyone help me please

You cannot do an "upgrade" install from Windows XP SP3 to Windows 7 SP1.
You need to do a "clean" install of Windows 7 SP1.

If you have a legitimate Windows 7 SP1 install disc, you need to boot from it and then go through the install process.
Before you do that, make sure the disc drive is set first in the boot order in the BIOS.

If you don't know how to do any of that yourself, you need to ask someone who knows how to help you.
This is not something that we can walk you through from here.

You didn't provide any information about your computer, so it may not support making the switch to Windows 7 SP1.
If it's a factory-brand one, advise us what brand name and model name and model number it is.
