    I'm using a DELL Laptop, Inspiron 1521

For some reason, my laptop has been running slower that it usually does.
I suspect this to be malware/spyware related, because whenever I check my Task Manager for ongoing programs, they seem to eat alot more CPU than they usually do.
My friend's brother used an old USB external hdd on it recently, while I was using it.
Nothing happened right away, but all of a sudden it restarted on it's own and after booting up, that's when things started running slower. That's the main reason why I suspect it to be caused by malware.
It's not so evident when I'm on Mozilla - but when I start running my games (which don't take up alot, by tthe way), I experience FPS drops and choppier gameplay which I never experienced before.
I know it's not over-heating, I already ruled that one out.

I have my HJT log with me, I hope I can get assistance and fix whatever's bugging my laptop.
    I'll be forever grateful :)
