I just purchased a new Dimension and they added a bunch of awful demo software so I deleted it and now my sonic digital media home dvd burning software is currently asking for a UM file. Unfortunately for my I did not purchase the media so I am not able to uninstall and reinstall. There are no websites or even their website that helps much so I was wondeing if you can

Its just wrong that they stopped shipping installed software discs but you can still get them shipped to you and unless they've changed their policies since I had it done its free of charge (just politely demand that you want it).

oh yeah, I think that chat only works for american customers. If you're in another country like me you can get it sent by calling customer care (and preying you don't get your call routed to India)
