I was going to burn a CD, in the middle of the burn it said that it failed. After that I can not eject the CD and the light is still blinking like it is still burning. It says the drive is unable to boot. So if anyone has had this same problem I would love so advice on how to get this thing up and running again. I am running XP Pro and the DVD+RW drive is the Sony DRU510A. Thanks

Sounds like a hardware failure or an over-run (not really sure)
Restart and see if you can eject it.
If not right click on the drive and click 'Eject'
If that doesn't work, use a paper clip and stick in in the manual eject on the drive itself.
If that doesn't work, go to Device Manager and remove the drive and Restart.
Windows will reinstal it when it boots up.
Plus, is this the only DVD burner you have?
DVD burners have problems with other DVD burners (such as a DVD camcorder driver)
