    Every desktop computer I have ever seen uses a standard 15 Amp IEC 320 inlet for their AC Mains power inlet.

    3-prong desktop power cords are pretty much interchangeable from one desktop to another.
    I have several of them in my parts box, just in case myself or someone else needs one for a desktop.
    The one that Chuck linked you to should work fine.

    If the connector on your Vaio PC looks different than those in post #2 post a picture of it or a link to a picture of it online.
