Hi for the past couple of months I have been using my headphones as normal, and one day it started coming out of both headphones and speakers and has never changed back. I emailed Knowhow and they told me to download the latest audio update - which I have (with no success). I also did a PC refresh after speaking on the phone with knowhow (with no success). I have a HP Pavilion Sleek book 15-b050ea, Operating System: Windows 8 (64-bit)

If someone could give me a solution that would be great...

    Thanks [IMG]

Download and manually install the latest audio drivers from HP.

Also, check the audio setup and ensure the headphones are selected as the default output device.

Right click on the volume icon in the task bar. (Bottom Right Corner)
    Select Recording Devices.
If there is a "Stereo Mix", right click on it then select Disable.

    Hope this helps.
