Hi, I have a Dell pc with the original sound card (crystal pnp). I have run the troubleshooter on the help under start. No conflicts with anything and it has the latest updated drivers.
Does anyone know of any other way to troubleshoot this to see if the sound card is defective? The speakers are not the problem because they are new and i tested them on another source.
