Lots of Intel 64 bit PCs out there. What is the brand and model? If it is not a known brand and was built, what sound card or chip is on the motherboard?
Also waht version of 64 bit Windows are you running?

According to the serial number you have this HP PC :- https://www.support.hp.com/gb-en/pr...el/447291?sku=EV017US&serialnumber=MXL63410C4

HP only have audio drivers for Vista 32 bit but it might work so click on the link above then click on the 'Software, Drivers and Firmware' blue button
If you don't see any drivers listed change the OS to Vista 32 bit
click '+ Driver-Audio' then 'download' on the right.
Save the sp36530.exe file then run it and let us know if it installs ok or not.

Looks like that board uses the ADI 1981B Soundmax chipset.

I don't see that they provide direct support or drivers, all drivers are provided by the PC manufacturer.

Having said that, what is the status of the audio chipset in Device Manager? There are numerous causes of "no audio" aside from a driver issue. Based on the age of this system, failure would be highly possible as well.
