    Hi ...... Ive lost my sound.......i can not return to factory settings,.....am up and running again,.. wondering if there,s a drivers i could download,...am a novice at computers...my PC is a Philips Freeline.......MANY THANKS

    are you running XP? it could be our sound is on mute...sometimes it likes to do that..

    so go to control panel then sound and audio devices, make sure "mute" is unticked and the sound turned up high...
