Whenever a sound is played too frequently, it breaks and goes out. If the same sound is played later, absolutely nothng happens.
Could it be associated with something on my computer?

Don't worry, I've run both Ad-aware and Spybot.

If the sound problem isn't associated with Adware or Spyware problems, is there anything bad on my computer?

you HJT log shows nothing. but you will have to explain this to me a little more clearer. do you mean like music? because if that is the case, you may have either blown your speakers or they are just in bad shape.

    No, no, music is fine.

It's usually just the sound effects.
    I'll give an example.

I go to a site called GameMaker, where people make custom-made games. There's this one game that's cool (Jumper, if you want to know), and whenever the main character jumps, he makes a jumping sound. When I jump too frequently, the sound breaks in the middle of the jump sound effect.

Music's fine, it never goes out on me.

Any specific stuff you need to know?
