This is more about the sound quality when I am watching a video, like on YouTube, or other TV shows online. My sound is very tinny sounding and also the people sound like they are on helium. Is there any fix for this?

Is the problem only with online video? Have you tried using a different browser?

Odd that it only occurs with online video only. You could try updating/reinstalling the audio drivers.
