I added a sound card to this computer. It was working fine but for the last few months the sound will just suddenly go away. The only way to get it back is to shutdown/restart. During shutdown the windows chime will go off. I've had it stop in the middle of playing a youtube video--usually if it is paused then restarted. It as just stopped during games, pandora, etc. Sound will not return unless computer is shutdown/restarted. Any thoughts how to fix? Thank you! Nicole
