    HELP MY SOUND IS NORMAL AT TIMES THEN AT OTHERS COMES IN SCRATCHY WHAT DO I DO????

    I know of 3 things that could possibly do this. First if it is all sound files, then the hard drive might need cleaned. Instruction for this on my web site. Follow the instructions in the table of contents followed by the 3 red *.

    The second thing is if it is only one sound file that is scratchy, it could be a corrupt file and replacing it could solve the problem.

    Third you might check for updated drivers for the sound card and install them or reinstall the drivers for the sound card you have if no update is available.
