Hi here is our specs:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050 @ 1.60GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 76 Stepping 3
Processor Count: 2
RAM: 4007 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics, 1024 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 452 GB (394 GB Free);
Motherboard: Dell Inc., 0787MR
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

I've noticed it sounds like the HDrive is running constantly and after a day of work on it, the typing slows down. I also noticed using FF that it says private browsing. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

The main reason why your Dell has the speed and performance of a turtle is because of its very weak processor.

We don't know how well you maintain your Dell and what apps are running in the background, so that can also have a noticeable impact on speed and performance.

You appear to have a Dell Inspiron 3552 laptop.

Hi, I'd say I maintain it fairly well and usually only run apps like FF, office, Dreameaver cs3 is the largest application but I don't run it often .

You didn't say which version of the Mozilla Firefox Quantum browser you're using, but the most current version is 63.0

If you don't want to use in-private browsing, go to Tools - Privacy & Security, then make setting changes in the History section.
You may also want to make setting changes in some of the other sections.
