I just came from CompUSA . . when I ask about the new M/S SP-2 update on a cd, the tech looked at me and said " we have it, but we are not giving it to anyone unless we install it" . .

I looked back and said "Shame on you !. . that is not why Microsoft sent it to you" . . " I don't care" says he . . "I am just doing what I was told"

I have seen the cd available for givaway at Best Buy and Office Max.

Anyone have the same experience with CompUSA?

Oh yeah... I get the most business off of MS, comcast(the installer techs), and compusa. They often scare off potential customers with incompetence, high prices or rudeness. We are slightly cheaper and a lot friendlier. (and I like to think more competent)
