    Hi All,

I deal with 4 different e-mail address for my job (old colleagues, [email protected] and my own address). Each day I have approx 600 spam messages which go into a spam box. Sometimes, we recieve orders which also go into spam and so I have to check each spam message just in case.

Is there any way I can reduce the amount of spam? Every spam box software we have tried is not 100% and so I can not risk missing an important order. What options do we have?

    Thanks
    Simon

like i said you need to train it. just right click on spam icon , click on training area , right click on the email , click on add sender . i get zero spam in my inbox. to change your settings , just right click on icon ,click on settings ,click on aggressivess, and set it as high as you need ,mine is on high.

    Hi,
My problem is the other way around. I am worried about good mails going into spam and me missing them.
