I used to be able to select text in Microsoft Word XP, and through the language bar, have the text (just the selected text) read back to me.

In Vista, there are Narrator options, which read everything on the screen, or have cells read in Microsoft Excel, but I can't figure out how to just have text in Word narrated.

It was labeled Speak Text in XP. Anyone know how to find this option in Vista? or is there some add-on I can download or buy to get this?

Instead of step-by-step, simply click the ? for help and type in Text.

All the commands are in the accessibility area.
