    Hi there,
recently the speakers in my laptop started to make a weird buzzing noise when i try to open any type of audio or video.
Sometimes it stops for short periods but then startes again.

Sometimes you can get radio interferance bleeding through the speakers.
    Unless it has tinnitus :)
    Lose or faulty connections.
Do you get the buzzing at all locations of the laptop ?
    Maybe the driver needs updating
Have you updated the driver recently?
If you have try rolling it back,(if you can in Win7)

OK so it's not the speaker
Does it happen both when the laptop is running on battery as well as when it is plugged in?
Check to see if the mic is turned on. If so mute it.
