Computer type: windows 7 professional

Speakers are not working/responding when plugged into the computer.

1. New hardware cannot be detected

2. All important computer updates have been conducted.

3. Drivers have been updated, regarding the sound system.

4. Some programs have be uninstalled and reinstalled.

5. Have used computer ''services'' to check, if windows audio is running.

6. Used different plug holes for the speakers, no results.

7. Tested speakers by phone, they work .

8. Have watched a number of varied videos regarding the problem. No postives results.

9. Uninstalled Microsoft tunnelling adaptor.....Experienced (Code ten) reinstalled...... problem still was there, currently not installed.

10. Speakers are logitech, are not coming up.

Speakers were working last week

For what reason did you update drivers?

I rarely update drivers because doing so might break things that were working correctly.
