The other night my cousin spilled milk onto the keyboard of her laptop. It seemed ok at first, just a few stuck keys. We turned it over and let it sit all night waiting to let it dry out. Well, the next day, it turns on, there's visible power lighting up an led and the fans go, but the screen stays blank.

When you start it, the fans are normal, but then ten seconds into boot up the fans quite. Maybe that's normal, maybe not.

I plugged it into an external monitor and it's still just blank.

It's an acer aspire 5100 laptop. What should I do next?

Probably dig a hole. Computer components and liquid don't play well together.
    Check your warrantee.
