I have a windows 2000 pro that I have symantec antivirus installed, I download microsoft anti spyware beta1, spybot & spyblaster have ran all and deleted anything they found. But when checking task manager I find spoolsv.exe CPU usage at 99%. Any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Melanie

Here is some info about spoolsv.exe. Some other people have had the same problem as well.

It couldn't hurt to download Hijack This, run a scan and save a log file (don't fix anything yet).

I'll take a page out of Cheeseball81's book here (hope you don't mind once again ;) ):
