I am having a problem with SpotResults. I have downloaded all the programs you recommend and also run AdAware and SpyBot occasionally, but nothing seems to get rid of it. Also, all of the sudden I can't get into my Excite account to check my e-mail (when I enter my username and password, it just goes right back to the log-in screen, with no error messages). Could that have anything to do with something that could have been downloaded without my knowledge? I have had this account for a long time and never had a problem like this. I have yet to hear back from the Excite people. Last time you looked at my HijackThis log you didn't find anything, but I'll inlcude it, anyway. Thanks!

    Hi:)
There is nothing in your log,are you using MSconfig to disable anything at all?
Its possible you have the "Look2Me" adware.
    ;)

You are right, I just had a window pop up for Look2Me. Is there an easy way to remove it? :)
