I am running windows xp and I seem to be getting Adware/Spyware at an alarming rate. I run Adaware once or twice a day and each time it is finding and removing between 20 and 100 object to delete.

What are some good ways to keep this stuff from coming back. I have administrator rights to the local machine, would it help to run under restricted user access....

    Thanks!
