hope some one can help me clean my computer which has become unworkable due to pop-ups and unmovable windows .

    Here's the situation

    - Windows XP
    - Avast running in the background
    - on activating internet am continually redirected to various advertising pages
    - have run spybot and cleaned using this, but problems persist
    - at least one of the viruses is the mrofinu1000106.exe
    - looking for additional scans I downloaded from spywareremover.com. however I am now fearful that this itself be spyware and so needs to be removed also, so I have not run it.

The hijackthis log is as follows. Appreciate your help.

    Thanks
