Spyware/Malware internet browser keeps opening with random sites

    My computer keeps opening up intenet explorer panes with random sites. It eventually slows my computer downand so when i want to use it i disconnect the internet or use internat for few minutes then disconnect then replug again so that it doesnt get to the eventual lag.
    I dont know much about computers but i looked on web and downloaded hijackthis and this is the log it produced:
