been having spyware problems lately and spybot is not catching it so here is my hijack log...thx in advance for any help

Unzip HJT into it's own permanent folder before doing anything or you will end up with backups all over your desktop. Close all (browser) windows & have HJT fix these entries=

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406 & navigate to & delete
C:\WINDOWS\sysupd.exe< this one
C:\docume~1\mark\locals~1\temp< contents of this folder
C:\Program Files\ClearSearch< this folder

Go to folder options & select 'Show hidden files/folders' to be sure these files can be found.
