Please can anyone help. My computer is running really really slow. I have norton security for my virus protection and it doesnt normally find anything. I also have ad-aware and also spybot search & destory. I have recently run spybot through and it keeps finding spyware daily. I click to fix them yet when I do it again they seem to be there again.

here are the ones it has found so far,

Avenue A,INC
Double Click
Fast Click
Hitbox
Malware Alarm
Media Plex
Statcounter
Tradedoubler
Clickbank

I am not really an expert on computers, I know a little. I understand that these are cookies but I am not sure if they are really doing any damage.

PLEASE HELP GET RID OF THEM ONCE AND FOR ALL

My computer is only a year old and it has megga amount of speed and memory (well I think so) and yet it runs so slow
Thanks

Those are cookies

IE - Block Third party cookies
1. Click on the Tools button on the Internet Explorer tool bar.
2. Highlight and click on Internet options at the bottom of the Tools menu.
3. Select the Privacy Tab of the Internet Options menu.
4. Select the Advanced... button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select override automatic cookie handling button.
6. To block third party cookies select block under "Third-party cookies".
7. Select "always allow session cookies".
8. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
===========================

DownLoad EasyCleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/download414.html

Use the clear files and Unnecessary files buttons – I do not recommend
using the Duplicates files button
as many dupes are there on purpose.

Not all files will delete – that is normal.

In the unnecessary button I check the top 4 entries

See if that helps and if not we'll look at the hijack log
