When you open Spywareblaster, you'll be told to download the newest version of it. Before you do read the TOS on the new one very carefully There is a part part about third party access to your system...and they don't tell you who these third parties are. As a result, I have uninstalled it completely. For all I know, the old TOS stated the same thing, but I did not read the old TOS.

And just so you know, I was prompted to install SpywareBlaster here in the forum when I was getting help a few months ago about a virus/malware problem. Maybe it might be time to stop recommending SpywareBlaster on this forum, but that ain't my call. Just a thought.

you are misreading the eula

LICENSEE may utilize the services of a knowledgeable third party individual to assist LICENSEE in the installation of the SOFTWARE PACKAGE, as long as such knowledgeable third party is providing such services on a workstation-by-workstation basis (as opposed to providing bulk automated or remote assistance in violation of the installer usage requirements set forth above) and the SOFTWARE PACKAGE is installed in its original form without enhancements or alterations as a standalone software application with no files/features added/removed, and as long as no fee has been charged for the SOFTWARE PACKAGE or for its use beyond what is outlined in this LICENSE.
What this means and reads in plain english is

You can if you want to get a friend or someone else to install it for you BUT they MUST use the original insatller and not modify it or make it part of a bulk install

That means that Spyware Blaster must be individually installed on each computer and you cannot set up an automatic roll out system to install it on lots of computers at the same time

LICENSEE means YOU

LICENSOR means JAvacool software who make spyware blaster

Ahh. I see. thank you for the clarification. In a litigious society ruled by Mr. Lawer, I tend to over react when I see the term "third party" within a EULA. thanks.

Well, when ever you think of a "Lawer", think of Mulder! ;)

I have edited the title of this thread so as not to mislead anyone about the integrity of SpywareBlaster.
