Any part can be DOA. It does not happen often however it is possible. If you have tried different sata ports, a different sata data cable, and a different pw connector, it can only be either a failed drive OR the port you are using is disabled.

I appreciate all the help you have provided me for today. I hope to get this thing up and running asap and I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again!
