Without knowing what you have now it is very hard to say how much faster the PC will be; but, in general, SSDs are 3 to 10 times faster than traditional hard disk drives.

A computer is never any faster than the slowest thing you are using and, on most modern PC's, that thing is the internet. No, an SSD won't make the internet go one whit faster.
But; on the other hand, the hard disk drive is the filing cabinet where all of you stuff gets stored; even the temporary files for the internet pages or for anything you might be downloading so tripling the speed of the filing cabinet is noticeable. Microsoft Word, for example, opens up on my PC in less than one second and yes, the C drive is an SSD.

A lot of games and programs have a stub installer, you download it and install it and it goes on the internet and calls for the rest of the files so how fast it installs is also dependent on how fast your internet is.

Yes. If you have a game [or any other program] installed on a ssd, it will load faster. A ssd will not however improve the gaming performance after the game loads.

You have your answer; games or any other program will LOAD faster however it will NOT run faster.

I installed an SSD for the first time last year...it improved boot up time.
    Its definitely 8-10 times faster.
But I also monitor start up programs and keep them limited to only what I really want.

It also improved various things like opening a folder, switching between screens, opening a file.
I also notice that software installs a bit quicker.
But we are talking 10-30% faster...maybe 50%...but not much else to see.
Like a lot of people, I expected to see a major difference, and its really not that obvious.

No...online World of Warships doesn't load any quicker or play any better.

Other offline games, only loaded and played faster after upgrading my Video card and Memory.
An SSD didn't really improve those either.
    ...
Question for those reading...I have filled my 300gb SSD.
I am struggling to remove some programs to leave more empty space.
I am aware that SSDs work better with at least 25% empty space because of how they write-rewrite data.

Would it make more sense to install some softwares (like Games) not on the SSD?
OS in on there...and other integral and important programs...but could games be installed on additional drives to conserve space?
World of Warships eats up close to 80gb...so does Warthunder (at 60Gb)
I have three other big non-SSD SATA Drives in my case, with plenty of empty space.

    a lot better than what?
I use my PC about the same...so i do the same things...so I use the disk the same?

sorry...not sure what you are asking.

disk usage is high when the disk is in use
    and low when its not.

performance is as good as the product.
Before the SSD I used middle of the road HDs.
This is a middle of the road SSD.
