Hi Folks,,got a good one here. I am trying to set up my PC to access a secured web-sight for a Medical Information Business. So you see why it has to be secured. I downloaded and installed the software the company sent me. And, I keep getting the following error message....

"connot connect to the MetaFrame Server.......The citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections"

I company's Tech Support gave up on me because they can't figure it out. The Tech says it is a firewall problem. However, I took the wall down. The only thing I have running is Norton. And, I cannot figure out how to disable Norton. I don't get this one at all.
