    Hi and welcome.

    I've split you into your own thread for better assistance.

    FOR ANYONE ELSE READING THIS TOO: DO NOT TAG ONTO ANOTHER HIJACK THIS THREAD. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ASSIST MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE SAME THREAD. START YOUR OWN THREAD PLEASE.

    Now, that being said, you need to create a folder on the desktop, call it HIJACK THIS and move the hijack this download into that folder. You should not run it from a temp directory.

    Hi moonbags, Welcome to TSG!! :)

    Download this tool
    http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf

    Right click on the file and choose install.

    Restart in Safe Mode

    Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
    Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
    Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
    Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Empty this folder --> C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp

    Reboot.

    Click My Computer, then C:\
    In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
    That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder.

    Click on this link: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe and "Save" hijackthis to the folder you have created.

    Post another log.
