Please help. Can someone please review the below log and identify items that need to be deleted? I am new to this...can someone please advise on how I can prevent this from happening again? There is so much freeware available on the internet, and I am unsure which products are trustworthy. Thank you so very much!!

You should not rely on Hijack This alone to get rid of viruses and spyware. Get Ad Aware and AVG personal antivirus, they're both free programs you can find at download.com and much easier to use than Hijack This.
