I have Windows XP 2002, and the Paint application (MSPAINT) won't open. I have tried opening the app with the desktop shortcut, and also with the original icon, AND with taskmanager. I checked its progress in task manager after clicking the icons repeatedly, and the name of the app showed up repeatedly, but it still didn't open. What's going on?
-Thanks for any advice possible

Click Start / Settings / Control Panel

Click the Windows Setup Tab
Double-click the Accessories icon and
Check or uncheck paint depending upon if you want to install / uninstall mspaint
