Does anyone have any idea why the "start navigation" sound (the clicking noise when moving between menus) would keep disappearing whenever I reboot my machine?

I have enabled the sound & also saved to a custom sound scheme, but upon every reboot it has reset to "none"

It also happens while I am using the machine - one moment the sound is there, the next it has changed to "none" and I have to re-enable my sound scheme to get it to come back.

I know it's only a minor problem but it is very irritating !

    Thanks

    Steve
