Start "Programs"

I have WinXP Home. Under Documents and Settings (my name) there is an item "Start" with some programs listed. These are not listed in msconfig "startup" or on the desktop start menu or listed in 'all programs' Why are these programs off on their own like that and not under 'C' programs?

 

they are just shortcuts to some programs, most of which probably load up on the bottom left in your quick launch toolbar.
