I have an issue with startup and I am clueless! Start up hangs up on 'Gateway' logo for about 20 minutes. Took it to a computer store 3 times now for that and other issues, but everytime I take it in it starts right up at the store, then when I get home it hangs up again!! Last night I went and got a new surge protector but it didn't help. I replaced the power cord, no change. I don't think it is a Windows issue, but I don't know. Once the computer does start up it runs fine. The only error showing on the event log is an ID:7000 The DgiVecp Service Failed... I don't know if this is related. Can someone help me out?
